Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Refunds Policy Last updated: 01/04/2024

 

1. Returns 
You have 10 calendar days to notify us with your intentions to return an item, from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We DO NOT accept change of mind returns.

Returns will only be accepted if there are proven manufacturers defaults. Once return approval has been granted, you will have 10 calendar days to return the items.

2. Refunds 
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit for the value of the items returned, excluding any and all shipping and handling. A refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) will only be issued if the items were damaged due to third party handling (ie Australia Post or other postal services engaged in the delivery of your items). If a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) is approved, You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

3. Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
